Dilip N. Massand

Dilip N. Massand joined the firm in 2003 as Of Counsel. Mr. Massand received his B.A. in 1987 in Economics from Boston University and his J.D. from New York Law School in 1991. He was admitted in 1992 in New York State. Mr. Massand has extensive entrepreneurial experience across a breadth of industries.

Since 1994 has served as General Counsel to his family’s civil engineering and construction firms, Massand Engineering and Massand Associates. In this capacity he has represented the firms before governmental agencies, financial institutions, and joint venture partners in the US and abroad. He has represented engineering firms in mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Massand has received honors from 500 Most Influential Asian Americans (1996 Avenue Asia Magazine), featured in Time Magazine’s Golden Diaspora article documenting the achievements of the Indian American Community (March 2000).

Mr. Massand’s areas of practice include construction, corporate, mergers and acquisitions and information technology. Mr. Massand is fluent in Hindi, French and Arabic.
